libapq-dbg software package provides Pluggable Ada 95 Binding to various database systems (debug), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapq-dbg
libapq-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapq-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapq-dbg *
You will get with libapq-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
